The partnership of BOCKHORNI & KOLLEGEN, with
offices in Munich, Düsseldorf, Leipzig and Alicante is a company
with the finest tradition in the field of protection of industrial
property at German, European and international levels. The partnership
currently consists of attorneys combining patent law and general
law under one roof. It therefore covers the whole field of protection
of industrial property including infringement litigation, proceedings
in connection with competition law and anti-trust law, as well as
contract law. Our patent attorneys are specialized in various technical
fields and are admitted at both the national and European level. Some
of our attorneys at law have graduated in a technical branch of study
as well, so that, apart from their legal knowledge, they are also
skilled in a technical field.
Due to this combination of patent attorneys and
attorneys at law in one office communication is easier and more
efficient, as clients only have to correspond with one office. It is
therefore not necessary to seek additional advice from outside
attorneys who are naturally less familiar with the individual
circumstances of these clients. Our diversified team of attorneys is
