Upon conclusion of the second state examination in law, she acquired the Doctor of Laws at the University of Hamburg.<\/p><p>Annemarie Blum von Ann worked for several well-known companies on a national and international level. Amongst others, she was the head of the legal and patents department of GRUNDIG Inter-media GmbH in Nuremberg as well as head of the legal department and authorized signatory at EMTEC Magnetics GmbH based in Ludwigshafen, which, as a former subsidiary of BASF AG, operated under the name BASF Magnetics GmbH.<\/p><p>Since 1989, Annemarie Blum von Ann is accredited lawyer before all German local and regional courts. She is authorized to representation before the Federal Patent Court, the German Patent and Trademark Office as well as the Office for Harmonization for the Internal Market in Alicante. She disposes of an extensive professional experience in national and international economic law, con-tract law, competitive law, license law, trademark and patent law.
